OK.
Let’s say it.
This year’s springtime is avoiding Italy! Or at least Tuscany.
If May is usually the best month to enjoy the outdoors, the gardens in bloom and the sun not so hot yet, in 2013 it seems we have to wait a little longer for the warm weather and for ushering in the season of picnics.

Anyway, this does not mean we cannot set everything ready! If we have already talked about how to bring your Chianti wine while riding a bike, or how to transport your wine in super nice little porter box around the city, as a good omen, this time we talk about picnic tables.

Of Picnic wine tables, there are several types on the market.

Comfortable to carry around and easy to assemble, you’ll be spoiled for choice.

There are some made with natural bamboo, with one single leg to point into the ground or sand  – as the one produced by Tovolo, or the version from Oenophilia, featuring a rectangular shape – and others larger, like the wine table designed by Picnictime, made of bamboo wood, with two legs and a hole to hold a wine bottle.

Then, there is also an “extended” version, by Redenvelope, a single leg table, accompanied by a wine kit that includes four glasses and one bottle holders.

What’s your favorite one? 🙂
