From 4th to 8th April 2016, Vinitaly International Academy (VIA) is organizing the second edition of its Certification Course, supported and financed by ICE (Italian Agency for Foreign Trade) and the Italian Ministry of Economic Development. At the end of the course, a written and oral examination will allow candidates to achieve two levels of certification: VIA Italian Wine Ambassador (IWA) and Italian Wine Expert (IWE) and go to join the IWA 3 IWE and 29 who are certified after the first edition.

The participation of candidates coming from all around the world testifies to the value of the initiative, which aims to allow all those who love Italian wine to speak of it in a unified manner and structured, thanks to a deep knowledge of classroom lessons and wine tastings.

And just today, April 4, the Consorzio Vino Chianti is the protagonist of blind tasting to be held as part of the Certificate Course of the Vinitaly International Academy (VIA) at the Hotel Due Torri in Verona, where 50 candidates from 16 countries will taste in blind tasting some labels of the member producers.
