Since 1997 the Fattoria Cerreto Libri has chosen the method of biodynamic cultivation, which means that in the vineyard, olive grove, orchards and vegetable gardens are not used herbicides, fertilizers or other chemical aids, as well as in the cellar where the grapes juice does not undergo further treatment unless the natural fermentation of their natural yeasts.
The company is certified organic with Bioagricert.
