The Campo del Monte vineyard is located on one of the hills of Valdarno di Sopra between Florence and Arezzo . The crags and mountains of Pratomagno , are the corollary to its vineyards and olive groves . The large family , with great passion , cultivates the earth in organic way and produces seven wines , as well as the typical extra – virgin olive oil . Following the family tradition , from the best vintages , it is selected the Malvasia Bianca grape that will give , after eight years of forced fermentation in ancient oak barrels , the excellence of the wine cellar , the Vin Santo del Chianti.
