Surrounded by vineyards and olive groves Fattoria Pagnana is located just 15 km from Florence in the heart of the Tuscan hills just outside the village of Rignano sull’Arno, a couple of kilometers away.
The Fattoria is located in the heart of the Colli Fiorentini region and we are proud to produce several labels of the renowned Chianti DOCG together with an excellent Extra Virgin olive oil of intense flavor.
Adjacent to the wine cellars there are 3 rooms for events, business meetings or weddings, with access to the park of the Villa and a large terrace with a swimming pool.
In the 90’s we restored some of the old houses on the property and have converted them into apartments for weekly rentals. All were renovated and tastefully furnished in rustic style. In 2014 we embarked on a significant new restructuring updating with more modern amenities and finishing, as well as transforming some units into Bed & Breakfast.
